dialogplus.ai is a small, opinionated team building a WhatsApp Business Platform that respects how operators actually work: prepaid wallets they can trust, a journey builder that doesn't fight them, an AI agent that cites its sources. Our plans and flat 10% message fee fund the platform, and your wallet shows exactly what Meta charged and what we earned.
A clear 10% platform fee
We add 10% to Meta message charges and itemize both amounts in your wallet.
Show every paisa
Wallet ledger, Meta rate card, and audit log are open to every customer by default.
Eat our own cooking
Our support runs on our own AI agent and journey builder. If it breaks, we feel it first.
Why we started.
The first time we ran a WhatsApp campaign as a customer, we got an invoice with a "platform fee" line that was three times Meta's actual cost. There was no ledger, no rate-card transparency, and no way to refund unused balance. The support reply was "those are our rates." That was the moment we decided to build dialogplus.ai.
We're not anti-margin — we charge for plans, and Enterprise customers pay real money for real value. We're anti-opaque. When we charge our 10% fee, you should see it separately. If we charge you for AI, we should explain why (LLM costs, by the token, every reply). And the wallet should always show you exactly where your money went.
