How does DialogPlus's flat 10% markup actually work?
Your bill has two separate parts. Meta charges its standard per-message rate, billed to you at cost. DialogPlus adds a flat 10% platform fee on top of those Meta charges - and nothing else. Both lines are itemised separately in your prepaid wallet, so you always see Meta's rate and our fee side by side, with no hidden per-conversation markups. Expansion (worked example - confirm the maths against a real Meta rate): If Meta charges ₹0.80 for a conversation, you pay ₹0.80 + ₹0.08 = ₹0.88. That's the whole calculation.
